Chloé S. Georas nace en Texas en 1966 y al año su familia migra a Puerto Rico. Termina su Bachillerato en Economía de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Luego cursa estudios graduados en Historia del Arte (M.A. y candidata doctoral) en SUNY, Binghamton, y en leyes (NYU). Ha publicado y presentado su trabajo literario en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. El libro rediviva: lost in trance . lations fue su primer poemario, publicado por Libros Nómadas en 2001 y distinguido por el Pen Club de Puerto Rico.
